Meet Ellie, MFA’s most recent Peer Project Grant recipient who wants to provide light and hope to others in an impactful way. 

As a result of spending much of her own time and energy sharing her personal story and journey about mental health, Ellie realized that she would not be here today without the resources and support she received.

Her project involves surprising various professionals in the mental health field by mailing them a gift of a “Here For You” sweatshirt as a way to show appreciation and support for their work, as well as a way to bring them comfort.
